Our Set up Fees are a one time cost: Host Partners Set up Fee is 249$  Our Ultimate Host Package is 449$ Our set up costs include us building your profile online using multiple rental sites and on going management costs with full post guest care, (reviews and full guest screening) this package allows you the most hands off experience. With our Ultimate Host Package we will send a interior design expert and a professional photographer to come enhance your place with ongoing sales and marketing to place you on many other listings and with a 24/7 contactable concierge that can enhance the overall guest experience.   *Airport shuttle is subject to driver availability
